Cockers Spaniels

Cocker Spaniels have have the most amazing temperament and personalities. We now have four of them, each and everyone of them is different. They make fantastic pets, even when trained to work, believe me they can be both - something I didn't think would be the case. Fly for example, now four years old is the calmest most affectionate little cocker anyone could wish for, until she works, then she's a different dog - enthusiastic is and understatement - she's incredible!

They all share the enthusiasm for hunting and play, and they have to be one of the merriest breeds of dog I have come across. They are incredibly intelligent, and learn very quickly, but be sure to let them mature before you really start to train them, they are 'very' sensitive. Furthermore, save yourself time and train yourself before you train them, they will do anything for you know how and what makes them tick.

Anyone wanting some help training their cocker is more than welcome to contact me, it well well save you heaps of time and frustration. Over the next few weeks I will be writing some useful info on how to achieve results from some very simple techniques, thanks to my trainer who taught me what its all about....
